Wrong installation method of original wooden door:

1. When carrying the solid wood door panel, try to avoid scratching bumping the door frame door leaf. 2. 3. The original wooden door installation method needs to use the reserved hole installation method, it is strictly prohibited to use the method of installing laying the hole at the same time.

4. When installing the original wooden door, it is necessary to check the humidity of the wall at the hole. If the humidity of the wall at the hole is less than 25%, the installation can be continued normally; if the humidity of the wall at the hole is more than 25%, a moisture-proof isolation layer shall be provided on the installed wall.

5. If the original wooden door is installed at the corner wall T-shaped wall, a "false wall" with a face width of no less than 50 mm shall be made on the side without door buttress before installation. Of course, the width of the false wall here can be determined according to the line width to avoid the asymmetry of the door edge lines shown on both sides.

6. If the door frame is made of MDF material, it needs to be assembled with screws when assembling the door frame; if the door frame is made of multi-layer board solid wood board, it can be fixed with nails when assembling the door frame.

7. When installing the door frame, it is necessary to adjust the verticality of the door frame to avoid damaging the door frame due to the drying expanding effect of the foaming agent when the foaming agent is applied.

8. Since there may be power lines on both sides of the door frame, the power operation shall be carried out in a standard way when installing the door frame.

9. When measuring the gross opening, confirm the floor forming height wall thickness according to the decoration baseline.

10. The reserved sizes of single leaf side hung door, sub mother door double leaf side hung door opening are (the thickness of cover plate is 32mm): door opening height = door leaf height + 40mm, door opening width = door leaf width + 65mm. Other types of composite doors are determined according to the specific situation (Note: the height of the door opening refers to the net height, width thickness of the door opening the finished floor engineering of the hole).
